Grad school taught you how to become a therapist. Now let’s talk about everything that happens after that.
The Baby Therapist Club is a coaching and professional-development community for counseling graduate students, practicum students, interns, registered associates, and newly licensed clinicians who want support finding their clinical voice, navigating the profession, and building a career that reflects the life they actually want.
SO WE’RE BUILDING WHILE WE’RE BECOMING
You deserve a community that makes room for both.
YOU MAY BE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF…
You are preparing for practicum or internship and have no idea what questions you should be asking.
You feel underprepared for the realities of seeing clients.
You replay your sessions and wonder whether you said the “right” thing.
You are navigating imposter syndrome while carrying a real caseload.
You need help developing your clinical voice and therapeutic identity.
You are trying to understand supervision, licensure, documentation, and career options.
You want to build a recognizable brand or private practice.
You want to earn more without filling every available hour with individual clients.
You are looking for a mentor and professional community that understands this very specific season.
You are ready to create a career that is clinically sound, financially sustainable, and aligned with who you are.
You do not have to struggle quietly until your confidence magically arrives. Confidence grows through practice, honest conversations, good guidance, community, and access to people who have already walked the road ahead of you.
That is why I created the Baby Therapist School.
This is where clinical development, career strategy, community, and business education come together.

Private 6 week 1:1 Coaching
You do not have to wait until licensure, a full caseload, or a perfect five-year plan to begin building a career that reflects your gifts.
Built While Becoming is a 6-week private coaching experience for ambitious interns, newly licensed therapists, and early-career clinicians who are ready to strengthen their professional identity, increase their visibility, and create a sustainable path toward greater income and impact.
This is where we take everything floating around in your head, your niche, private-practice plans, unfinished website, content ideas, new offer, income goals, and “one day” dreams, and turn it into a focused strategy you can actually execute.
You will receive direct access to me, personalized guidance, honest feedback, and the loving accountability required to move.

MEET YOUR BABY THERAPIST COACH
I built while I was still becoming, and I want to show you how.
I’m Brittany Ellis, LMHC: therapist, private-practice owner, author, clinical researcher, speaker, community builder, and founder of 2BE Well Therapy and Jax Healers.
I remember completing practicum and internship, providing therapy while navigating unpaid labor, supervision requirements, family responsibilities, financial pressure, and the quiet question many baby therapists carry:
“Is all of this going to be worth it?”
I decided that I would use my intern years to build instead of placing my dreams on hold until licensure. While completing the same demanding process many new clinicians are navigating, I created a six-figure lane, developed a recognizable professional brand, built a private practice, created community programs, facilitated groups, wrote a book, spoke on stages, and developed opportunities beyond traditional weekly therapy.
Now, I help baby therapists develop the confidence, community, and strategy to build their own version of success.
You deserve mentorship from someone who remembers the paperwork, unpaid hours, late-night doubt, and emotional stretch of becoming a therapist. You also deserve guidance from someone who can help you see how much is possible on the other side.
You may still be getting acquainted with the Baby Therapist Coach or deciding which membership fits your season.
