Welcome to the Girl Gang – where healing meets realness, and sisterhood is everything.
This isn’t a support group where we stay stuck telling the same stories.
This is therapy—intentional, embodied, and rooted in real healing.
In Girl Gang Group Therapy, we create a grounded space for Black women to slow down, feel, and release what the body has been carrying. Strength isn’t the goal here—relief is. Softness is welcomed. Emotions are named. Your nervous system gets a chance to finally exhale.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself, Girl Gang Group Therapy is a place to land. Together, we use evidence-based therapeutic tools, somatic practices, and guided conversation to help you regulate your emotions, build self-trust, and feel more at home in your body. This is a collective healing space where you don’t have to over-explain yourself or perform resilience. We honor the truth that much of what we carry—anxiety, hypervigilance, emotional exhaustion—didn’t start with us, and it doesn’t have to end in isolation.
Healing happens in relationship. In reflection.
In being seen, mirrored, and supported by women who understand the lived experience of being Black in this world.
We move slowly and intentionally.We listen deeply.
We heal in community—without rushing, fixing, or bypassing the work.
This is where clarity replaces overwhelm.
This is where your body learns safety again.
This is where healing becomes sustainable, not performative.

This space is rooted in cultural humility, belonging, and shared understanding for black and brown women who are ready to process trauma, manage anxiety & depression, and step into healing alongside others who truly get it.

A 10-week guided group therapy experience centered around the Sacred Self Care book, connecting mental, emotional, and spiritual groundedness. Each week, we’ll explore tools, skills, and reflections to help you shift your mindset, create sustainable goals, and feel more aligned with your truest you.

We meet weekly for 10 weeks — virtual sessions for Weeks 1-9, then gather in person for a special closing session in Week 10.
Sessions occur via a secure platform (you’ll get the link after registering) and our final in-person gathering will be shared closer to the date.

Potential members will inquire, consult, and ensure proper fit of the group. You’ll receive online portal access where you’ll submit intake documents and login weekly for sessions.

Research shows that isolation, loneliness, coupled with stress and a lack of support can negatively impact the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health of women. This space is for you to gain new experiences with safety, trust, and vulnerability in a controlled and intentional environment. We need each other, and I’ve done the soul work of getting the right women into the room, all you have to do is step in and join us.
